What is your return policy?
We deliver peace of mind! If it doesn't work for you, you don't pay for it.
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We allow returns on lightly used products. We're unable to issue returns on products that have been used more than 50%. We're confident you will know if our products work for you after the first few uses.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@zendew.me. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11830 Kerr Pkwy, Suite 389, Lake Oswego, OR 97035.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I exchange products in my order?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, our fulfillment works very quickly, so we’re unable to cancel it or make any changes. Please double-check all of your order details and shipping information before checking out!
I’m owed a refund, when can I expect it?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us!

Are Zen Dew products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We are big believers in zen which means peace to ourselves and our animal friends. Snail mucin is gathered in an a way that does no harm and is perfectly safe. Snail mucin is a 100% natural.
Are Zen Dew products fragrance-free?
Yes, our products are fragrance-free! We prioritize the most powerful and effective ingredients without adding colors or fragrances that can be harsh on sensitive or blemish-prone skin.
Are Zen Dew products safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! Zen Dew was created for sensitive skin as it will help calm and heal the skin. Snail mucin has been used since 400 BC to heal and comfort irritated skin. We've also added Azulene to our formulations which also calms the skin.
Where are Zen Dew products made?
Our products are currently manufactured in South Korea.
Do Zen Dew products have expiration dates?
Our products are safe to use for one year after opening.
